The fourth and final event of Hitesh and Amy’s Sindhi (Hindu) and Christian wedding was the reception at Hilton. Earlier during the day, I had photographed Christian wedding ceremony (at Hilton), groom’s pre-wedding ceremony (pithi and vidhi at home), and Sindhi (Hindu) wedding ceremony (at Hilton).
The evening started with cocktail reception in the lobby. Usha Decor has created beautiful reception venue where the wedding ceremony had taken place earlier. Prashant (video) and I always make sure to capture decorations prior to every event. DJ Kenz introduced the wedding party. The evening flowed smoothly from there. This was a fun and relaxed reception. There were speeches and toasts, laughter, dances and of course, the delicious food!
I worked till the very end and then it was time to head back to Raleigh! We had started from Raleigh at 6 AM in the morning! And it will be 2 AM in the morning next day when we will be home. We worked all day and made couple of trips between two different venues.
I thank Vasnani and Townsend families for giving me the opportunity to be part of this very special day. I have really enjoyed working with Hitesh and Amy! We built a good rapport during their e-session and Amy’s bridal session and that was a huge help on this big day…
