2010 began with a Forever Bridal Show on the 2nd and 3rd of January. What an awesome weekend IWP Photography had at the NC State Fair Grounds, the weekend after the 1st of January. Forever Bridal had their big 1st of the year Trade Show and we were lucky to be a part of it! It was the first time that we had done anything this major for marketing, and we worked and worked to meet every bride that came through the door! Thanks to Elena, with Galanova Designs, who did all of our marketing for this event. Without her, we wouldn’t be where we are today! Elena has been with us since the beginning and she has such a wonderful eye for our work and how and where to use it! It was a very easy show to get ready for, and we were able to set up a few days in advance and have everything ready for go on Saturday morning! Tesh and Mica both worked the booth, and we had some of our Brides and Brides’ Mothers there as well, letting people know why they have chosen IWP Photography to photograph their daughter’s weddings! Thanks Dayle, Mary & Kelly! We had a handful of vendors that kept us fed, and lot’s of interesting vendors around us. The Sister’s Garden served the BEST shrimp and grits I have EVER had, and Mark was so kind to let us have more than 1 serving and the cake from Cinda’s Creative Cakes and Swank’s Cake Design was amazing! Dom, Laura, David and Jane from Forever Bridal really know how to put on a show and we were busy the whole time we were there! And if I didn’t have someone to talk to, we went and found someone to talk to! We had the best time! IWP Photography gave away an Engagement Session and the couple came over and was very excited. They were very cute! We are scheduling them this month for their pictures. Also, Tesh’s Wedding and Event Paintings gave away a wedding painting. We had such an overwhelming response to this, we have decided to GIVE AWAY a wedding painting FREE to each wedding photography package we sign this year. Things are great here at IWP Photography, and we are so excited about 2010! We have added a picture of our booth, let us know what you think of it.
