The Day 3 of the retreat featured many speakers who educated participants on variety of topics. Featured here are Susan McHugh, Xiomara Boyce, Tania Fabela and Get REAL & HEEL team from UNC- Amber, DJ, and Jean. All the sessions are very interactive with everyone sharing their life experiences. If one thing I will take away from this retreat is that I should never complaint- there are some amazing folks here who have overcome incredible odds to not only survive, but, thrive! And Audrey Giron was there to make everyone laugh! Mica had photographed Audrey’s Laughing Yoga session couple of days ago. Tomorrow morning I will be off to video her another session in the morning!
